Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in luxury or premium standalone restaurants and fine-dining concepts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on, digitally strong, and passionate about social media, content execution, and performance marketing, while still being capable of supporting 360° marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the wider teams to ensure consistent, premium brand presence across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints, with a strong focus on social media, digital campaigns, and seasonal peak activations.

Core Focus Areas & Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media (Primary Focus)

• Own and manage day-to-day social media execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok where relevant).

• Plan, schedule, and publish social posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.

• Coordinate content shoots, captions, hashtags, and posting calendars to ensure consistent and high-quality output.

• Support paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms in collaboration with agencies or internal teams.

• Track social and digital performance, prepare reports, and optimize content and campaigns based on insights.

Digital Campaigns & Aggregator Management

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns including paid social, search, display, and email marketing.

• Manage brand presence and content on food aggregators and delivery platforms, ensuring visuals, menus, descriptions, and promotions are always updated and premium.

• Coordinate aggregator-led promotions while ensuring brand alignment and profitability.

Seasonal & Peak Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns around key seasonal and peak periods such as:

• Ramadan

• Eid

• Winter season

• Festive / New Year's

• Ensure all seasonal campaigns are reflected across:

• Social media

• Digital ads

• Aggregators

• In-venue branding and communication

• Support planning and rollout of menu launches, festive offers, and limited-time experiences.

360° Marketing Support

• Assist in executing offline and experiential marketing initiatives, including in-restaurant branding, events, and activations.

• Coordinate with PR, influencers, photographers, videographers, and content creators for campaign execution.

• Support PR activities such as tastings, launches, and influencer visits from a coordination and execution standpoint.

• Ensure all brand communications maintain a luxury, premium, and consistent tone.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury dining, premium restaurants, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong hands-on experience in social media management, content posting, and digital campaign execution.

• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social analytics.

• Experience managing aggregators and online food platforms is a strong advantage.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Notion or similar platforms.
