Position Overview:

We are seeking a
Fund Specialist
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will manage daily fund operations, ensure accurate and compliant cash flow management, and act as a key link between our fiat and crypto financial processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    daily fiat payment and receipt operations
    , coordinating with crypto teams to complete group expense settlements.
  • Maintain
    bank accounts, daily fund ledgers, and advance payment records
    , ensuring accuracy between system records and actual balances.
  • Organize and manage
    supporting documents
    , payment vouchers, and bank transaction records related to expenses.
  • Assist in
    cash flow planning
    , fund forecasting, and consolidated fund reporting.
  • Maintain strong communication with
    external partners and banks
    , assisting in resolving account or payment-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Finance, Admin, and cross-functional teams
    to ensure timely, compliant fund arrangements and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in
    Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    .
  • 2+ years
    of experience in
    cashiering, treasury, or fund management
    roles.
  • Basic
    English communication skills
    (spoken and written); able to liaise effectively with external partners.
  • Fluency in Chinese (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    and familiar with common
    OA/ERP systems
    .
  • Highly
    detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
    , with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    cryptocurrency, exchange, or fintech industries
    is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    UAE local banking operations
    (ENBD, Mashreq, Zand, etc.) is a strong advantage.
