Retail Marketing Manager
based in Dubai who is a strategic thinker with the creative hands of a designer and the pulse of a social media influencer.

We need a hybrid talent who can design a stunning in-store display in the morning and film a viral Instagram Reel in the afternoon.

The Mission

You will be the creative engine behind our UAE retail presence. Your goal is to drive footfall into our stores across the UAE while building a loyal, engaged community of parents online. You will bridge the gap between physical retail experience and digital storytelling.

What You Will Do

1. Retail Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan and execute marketing calendars aligned with key retail moments (Back to School, Ramadan, Eid, Festive Season).
  • Collaborate with mall management for in-mall activations and branding opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and retail trends in the UAE market.

2. Graphic Design (Hands-On):

  • Design high-quality visual assets for in-store POS, window displays, flyers, and digital screens using
    Adobe Creative Cloud
    .
  • Adapt global brand assets to suit the local UAE market while maintaining strict brand guidelines.
  • Create eye-catching newsletters and e-mail marketing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience:
    5+ years in Retail Marketing or Brand Management in the UAE.
  • Design Wizardry:
    Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    is non-negotiable.
  • Local Knowledge:
    You understand the Dubai retail landscape and the shopping habits of families in the region.
  • Passion:
    You have a genuine interest in child development and education.
