Automotive Service Advisor

- Act as the main contact between customers and the workshop team.
- Greet customers, understand their service needs, and record job details accurately.
- Prepare and issue repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers informed on job progress, additional work, and delivery time.
- Provide honest service recommendations.
- Inspect vehicles with customers during check-in and delivery.
- Handle customer feedback, warranty claims, and service follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Liberty Car Care's standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, and service workflows.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to explain technical issues clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
