Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor (Male/Female) to join our car garage in Musaffah Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vehicle and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the bridge between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and receive customers promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues and service requirements.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare clear and detailed job cards and confirm repair requirements, costs, and delivery times.
  • Obtain customer approvals for repairs and additional services as needed.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and monitor the progress of ongoing jobs.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding job status and any delays.
  • Ensure the vehicle is cleaned, inspected, and ready for on-time delivery.
  • Explain completed work and charges to the customer, collect payment, and ensure vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with urgency and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and enhance customer retention.
  • Ensure pending job cards are completed and closed within the set timeline.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle negotiations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and management.
