We are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to manage, optimize, and maintain our CRM systems for a fast-paced Dubai real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with any CRM platform, supporting sales teams, managing leads, and ensuring accurate data flow from portals and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (any major CRM platform).
  • Handle lead distribution from property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and lead tracking.
  • Coordinate with sales agents to monitor follow-ups and lead status.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements to workflows.
  • Ensure data compliance and confidentiality.
  • Train and support sales team members on CRM usage when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with any CRM platform.
  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of real estate lead management and sales pipelines.
  • Experience integrating CRM with marketing campaigns and portals.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume sales environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms used in UAE real estate.
  • Knowledge of lead automation and reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing lead sources.
