CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to manage, optimize, and maintain our CRM systems for a fast-paced Dubai real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with any CRM platform, supporting sales teams, managing leads, and ensuring accurate data flow from portals and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (any major CRM platform).
- Handle lead distribution from property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and lead tracking.
- Coordinate with sales agents to monitor follow-ups and lead status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
- Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements to workflows.
- Ensure data compliance and confidentiality.
- Train and support sales team members on CRM usage when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with any CRM platform.
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of real estate lead management and sales pipelines.
- Experience integrating CRM with marketing campaigns and portals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume sales environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms used in UAE real estate.
- Knowledge of lead automation and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing lead sources.
