  • You'll work closely with senior management, advising on investment portfolios, global entity management, and day-to-day legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice on fintech operations, payment systems, and financial compliance across the UAE and other key markets.
  • Manage and advise on investment portfolios, corporate structuring, and multi-jurisdictional entities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and cross-border transactions.
  • Support senior management on corporate governance, risk assessment, and strategic partnerships.
  • Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and partners to ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and international fintech standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day legal operations, ensuring efficient processes and risk mitigation across business units.
  • Provide guidance on new fintech initiatives, product launches, and expansion into new jurisdictions.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); LLM or additional qualifications in Financial or Corporate Law preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualified experience, ideally within fintech, banking, technology, or regulatory-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial and financial laws, including Central Bank and DIFC regulations.
  • Proven experience with cross-border transactions, multi-entity operations, and corporate structuring.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Hindi are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in high-growth or international organizations is highly valued.
