This prestigious organisation seeks a seasoned Real Estate Lawyer, with a sharp focus on property development and real estate transactions, to take the helm of complex legal matters, reporting directly to the General Counsel based in Dubai.

The Role:

Step into a dynamic environment where your expertise as counsel will be the cornerstone of legal support to senior management. Take charge of Real Estate Development work, crafting and negotiating a diverse array of commercial and Real Estate Agreements. Your role will be integral to steering a variety of innovative projects, requiring the drafting of bespoke real estate contracts tailored to unique business imperatives, including stringent budgets and sustainability objectives. Collaborate with an impressive legal team and external counsel to navigate Real Estate matters across the UAE and GCC, ensuring compliance with regional laws, regulations, and contract stipulations within multiple jurisdictions.

The Candidate:

This role is tailored for a Senior Real Estate Associate, poised on the cusp of partnership within a US or UK law firm, who is eager to transition in-house. A sterling Real Estate and Development legal background, honed at an international law firm, is essential. The ideal candidate will bring to the table specific "Real Estate Development" experience and a proven track record of working in tandem with Real Estate Private Equity Firms in the UAE.
