Cost Accountant
to support the full financial operations of our manufacturing facility.

This is a key role with direct exposure to manufacturing finance, costing, budgeting, and IFRS reporting in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Maintain complete accounting records for the manufacturing facility, including revenue, purchases, payments, and operating expenses.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliations with customers and suppliers; resolve discrepancies.
  • Process payroll accounting, including leave accruals and employee-related provisions.
  • Execute monthly and annual closings and prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements.
  • Lead audit coordination, including documentation preparation and liaison with external auditors.

Costing, Budgeting & Financial Analysis

  • Support implementation and enhancement of cost accounting in the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain standard product costs based on BOM, labor, and overhead allocations.
  • Analyze actual vs. standard production costs and identify variance drivers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management.
  • Prepare annual budgets, monthly plan-vs-actual analysis (P&L and Balance Sheet), and cash flow forecasts.
  • Provide continuous support on cost control, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience
    in manufacturing accounting, costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and IFRS reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and experience working with
    ERP systems
    .
  • Fluent in English
    (written and spoken).
  • Experience with
    Big 4 audit firms
    is a strong advantage.
