Job Summary

Rakhat Constructions is seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Manager to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all MEP works to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, plan, and manage all MEP activities across multiple projects.

· Review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local codes, and UAE regulations.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.

· Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for MEP works.

· Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues related to MEP works.

· Ensure MEP installations comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, EWE, Civil Defence, and other authority requirements.

· Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment in coordination with procurement and project teams.

· Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to clients.

· Train, mentor, and supervise the MEP team and subcontractors.

· Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP within the UAE, including 5+ years as MEP Manager or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of MEP design, execution, testing, and commissioning.

· Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and EWE, etc.).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MEP-related software.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

· Proven track record of managing complex MEP packages in high-rise towers or Hotels projects.

· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
