We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Sales Professional for our car spare parts shop—someone who not only understands every detail of spare parts but can also handle purchasing directly from companies.

If you have strong product knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the auto spare parts industry, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the correct spare parts

Provide expert guidance on product compatibility and quality

Purchase spare parts from manufacturers and authorized suppliers

Negotiate prices and ensure timely availability of required stock

Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory department

Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers in

automobile spare parts industry

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Dubai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, providing training to clients or team members, and supporting marketing campaigns to promote our products effectively in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to strategize, execute, and optimize sales initiatives
  • Ability to lead Training sessions to support clients or team members in understanding product offerings
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and build professional relationships
  • Experience in the automotive or spare parts industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant languages (e.g., English and Arabic) is a plus
