Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Digital Marketing Sales Specialist
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a
strong background in sales within the UAE market
and a solid understanding of digital marketing solutions, including social media management, performance marketing, SEO, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across the UAE market.
  • Present and promote company services (social media management, Google & Meta Ads, website development, SEO, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand client requirements and develop customized digital marketing proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the UAE market (mandatory).

Proven track record in selling digital marketing or advertising services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of online marketing tools, social media platforms, and ad campaigns.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
