As a Junior Sales Trader, you will:

  • Support senior traders in daily market operations, pricing, and deal execution
  • Research market trends, regulatory developments, and commercial opportunities
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and counterparties
  • Contribute to internal reporting, deal tracking, and CRM database maintenance
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and business development activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Strong commercial mindset and interest in energy, sustainability, or trading
  • Native Italian or Polish or German or French, Fluent English
  • A first experience in sales or trading is desirable
  • Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and negotiation
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn in a demanding commercial environment
  • Willing to relocate to Dubai
