We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator with at least 4 years of hands-on HR experience to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Maintain and update HRIS, personnel files, and confidential documents
  • Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and offer documentation
  • Manage payroll , attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and employment documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS / payroll systems
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Problem-solving and employee-relations skills
