Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Management Office (Allure Suites)

Industry: Residential Property Management and Leasing

Manage people and process and support daily operations. Help prepare the business for growth.

Role Summary

Handle and Support full HR operations including admin work linked to contracts and guest coordination. Assist in updating SOPs and training programs for new properties.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

* Maintain employee files and HR records

* Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

* Support performance reviews and disciplinary processes

* Ensure compliance with labor rules and internal policies

* Administrative and Operations Support

Assist with staff contracts and renewals

* Coordinate documents linked to leasing and vendors

* Support guest-related admin tasks when required

* Liaise with operations, finance, and management

* SOP and Training

* Assist in updating SOPs for departments

* Support revision of training materials

* Coordinate training schedules and tracking

* Support readiness for new property onboarding

Requirements

* Experience in HR administration. Property or hospitality exposure preferred

* Strong organization and documentation skills

* Clear written and verbal communication

* Comfortable working with staff and guests

* Able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
