Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Dubai. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, and promoting AutoVibe's auction services. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and assisting with auction events as needed. The role involves collaborating with the team to ensure excellent customer experiences and support business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Sourcing and Acquisition:
Proactively identify and acquire vehicles for auction from various sources, including individual sellers, dealerships, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
2. Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with sellers/consignors to ensure a consistent pipeline of vehicles.
3. Vehicle Appraisal and Pricing:
Conduct preliminary vehicle appraisals, assess condition reports, and advise sellers on current market value, expected sale prices, and appropriate reserve pricing for the auction.
4. Negotiation and Agreement:
Negotiate consignment agreements, including fees, terms, and reserve prices, and prepare all necessary sales/consignment contracts and paperwork.
5. Logistics and Coordination:
Coordinate vehicle inspections, documentation collection (titles, service history, IDs), and the physical logistics of getting the vehicle to the auction facility (transportation, cleanup, minor maintenance).
6. Market Knowledge and Analysis:
Stay informed about current automotive market trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and specific car brands to optimize sourcing and pricing strategies.
7. Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Generate new leads, follow up with prospective consignors, and maintain a customer database (CRM) to track activity and pipeline status.
8. Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the entire auction process.
9. Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the number of consignments secured, total value consigned, and sell-through rates.
10. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with company policies and relevant local regulations; prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Compensation:
The starting salary is

, based on experience.

Qualifications:
Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
Solid understanding of the automotive market and auction processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in time management and meeting sales targets
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
Prior experience in the automotive sales or auction industry is a plus.
The starting Salary is 4,500 AED to 5,000 , and for each car , a commission will be given.
The commission amount for each car will be negotiable.
