Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a training Salesperson based in UAE. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting customized training solutions, and building strong client relationships. The role includes preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and training solutions align with performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling approaches.
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Presentation and Proposal Writing skills to effectively communicate tailored solutions.
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics analysis to align training solutions with client goals.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in corporate training, learning development, or related industries is highly desirable.
