Hiring: Accountant (Real Estate Experience Required – Must Have Dubai Real Estate Experience)

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000

Skyluxe Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong real estate accounting experience and a solid understanding of UAE financial compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Dubai real estate, including off-plan deals and working with developers
  • Experience in VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing
  • Proficient in preparing Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets
  • Experience using Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software
  • Ability to manage accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and financial statements
  • Skilled in preparing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts
  • Knowledge of RERA/DLD-related financial processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience in commission tracking and follow-ups with channel partners
  • Experience in WPS payroll preparation and submission

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit VAT & Corporate Tax filings on time
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho
  • Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and monthly financial reports
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense records
  • Manage company expenses, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on commissions from channel partners
  • Prepare and submit WPS payroll monthly
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and real estate regulations

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000, based on experience
