We are looking to recruit a proactive and skilled Executive Strategic Finance to support the Strategic Finance operations within our audit firm in Dubai. The role requires strong financial fundamentals, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal teams and external clients. A balanced mix of accounting, commercial understanding, and operational involvement is essential.

Key Skills Required/Responsibilities

Accounting & Book Closure Strong understanding of core accounting principles and general ledger management. Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end book closure activities. Ability to review trial balances, ledgers, and ensure account accuracy.

Client Coordination & Communication Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with clients. Ability to collect required information/documents from clients without delays. Professional conduct in email correspondence, calls, and meetings.

Financial Reporting & Documentation Proficiency in preparing structured reports, schedules, and financial summaries. Experience in arranging and submitting audit-ready documentation. Familiarity with report formats used in audit and internal review processes.

Team & Workflow Management Ability to coordinate with internal back-office teams for data collection and status updates. Skilled in task follow-up, prioritization, and progress tracking. Strong sense of responsibility to meet client deadlines and reporting timelines.

Analytical & Review Skills Ability to interpret trial balances and identify errors, omissions, or trends. Capability to support financial analysis based on client-provided data. Eye for detail in documentation and reconciliation work.

Software & System Proficiency Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP). Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). Exposure to documentation tools and shared drives for organizing reports.

Regulatory Awareness Basic understanding of IFRS principles (working knowledge, not expert level). Familiarity with UAE compliance areas like Corporate Tax, VAT, and ESR (basic level only for coordination).

Candidate Profile Education:

Bachelor's in Commerce / Finance / Accounting. Additional certifications like CA Inter, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance are preferred.

Experience:

Min 2 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within an audit, consulting, or finance support function. Experience in UAE preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
