Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified staff Nurse experienced in Home or GCC country to provide dedicated medical and personal care for our beloved son, a young adult with special needs who has recently undergone a tracheostomy. The nurse will live with our family in Dubai, ensuring 24/7 care, comfort, and safety, while working closely with healthcare providers and the family.

Key Responsibilities


• ICU & Tracheostomy Care


• Daily cleaning, suctioning, and maintenance of tracheostomy tube.


• Monitoring for signs of infection, blockage, or breathing difficulties.


• Emergency management of tracheostomy complications.

Medical Care & Monitoring


• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.


• Regular monitoring of vital signs and overall health condition.


• Maintain medical records and communicate updates to family and doctors.


• Assist with medical appointments, follow-ups, and rehabilitation sessions.

Personal & Emotional Care


• Provide daily assistance with feeding, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.


• Engage the patient with supportive, stimulating, and caring interaction.


• Offer emotional support and companionship.


• Train and guide family members or caregivers in emergency handling, work in coordination with the family to ensure smooth daily routine.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment.

Requirements


• 3-5 years' Experience in Nursing.


• Visit visa are welcome to apply.


• Proven experience in special needs care and tracheostomy management.


• Nursing degree/diploma with current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.


• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).


• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.


• Willingness to live with the family and adapt to household routines.

Salary & Benefits


• Monthly salary: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500.


• Food and accommodation will be provided in the villa.
