  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative form diamonds & gemology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
