Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support the CEO / Co-Founder in a fast-paced, senior executive office based in JLT. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules while acting as a trusted gatekeeper and right-hand support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to
UK / English law concepts
, corporate governance, and executive-level operations, and will be comfortable operating at board and shareholder level.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Diary Management

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board, investor, and legal meetings
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and key stakeholders
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage priorities

Office of the CEO Support

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and executive correspondence
  • Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Support day-to-day operations of the CEO's office

Legal, Governance & Compliance Support

  • Assist with documentation related to board resolutions, shareholder matters, and corporate governance
  • Liaise with legal advisors, corporate service providers, and external consultants
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of
    English / UK law principles
    , especially in corporate, contracts, and governance contexts
  • Maintain organized records of legal, regulatory, and corporate documents

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Ensure all travel arrangements align with business priorities and executive preferences

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Manage correspondence with investors, board members, regulators, and senior partners
  • Draft and review professional emails, letters, and official communications
  • Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and authority

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5–8 years' experience
    as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or Founder-level executives
  • Strong understanding or exposure to
    English / UK law
    (corporate, contracts, governance)
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience working in professional services, investment, legal, or corporate environments is highly preferred
