We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer with strong front-end and back-end development experience to design, develop, and maintain our in-house CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, with a proven track record in building dynamic, scalable, and user-friendly systems. Experience with AI-based software development or AI integrations will be a significant advantage.

Location: JLT, Dubai

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

Visa and Insurance: Provided by the company

Salary: Starting from AED 5,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-end and back-end development of a custom CRM platform.
  • Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
  • Build robust, secure, and scalable back-end systems, databases, and APIs.
  • Integrate AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, chatbots, or recommendation engines into the CRM platform.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of all platform components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in a front-end/back-end or full-stack developer role.
  • Strong command of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue).
  • Solid experience in back-end development (e.g., , PHP, Python, SQL databases, API development).
  • Proven experience designing, customizing, or maintaining CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks or tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, NLP, ML algorithms) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work on-site (no remote).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
