Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information on pricing, availability, and market trends
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Negotiate and close property sales and leasing deals in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including new developments and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
  • RERA or similar real estate certification is an advantage
