  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare sales contracts, reports, and manage CRM records efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
