Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Commercial Agent will be responsible for identifying and managing commercial transactions, including business acquisitions, real estate deals, and investment opportunities. Key tasks include maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, providing customer service, and delivering professional consultation services. The role also involves consistent collaboration with clients to align their goals with tailored financial and strategic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the commercial business sector, including market trends and property management practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify high-potential opportunities and trends.
  • Ability to deliver client training and provide solutions that align with business goals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at working in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in business consultancy or brokerage is advantageous.
