We are seeking a skilled Website Developer & IT Support Specialist to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites while also managing office IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end and/or back-end web development, Linux server management, web hosting panels, and IT support for office systems, networks, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:Website Development & Hosting:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Develop and maintain website structure, navigation, and functionality.
  • Ensure website compatibility across various devices and browsers.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize site performance.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and payment gateways as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and debug website issues to improve functionality.
  • Ensure website security and data protection.
  • Manage Linux servers for web hosting, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
  • Configure and manage web hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or Webmin).

Office IT Support:

  • Provide technical support for office computers, networks, printers, and other hardware/software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and office software.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, routers, and switches).
  • Ensure cybersecurity by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and regular updates.
  • Manage email configurations, user accounts, and cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Perform regular backups and data recovery procedures.
  • Support employees with IT-related issues, software installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Website Developer and/or IT Support Specialist.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, , or Angular).
  • Experience with back-end technologies (PHP, Python, , or Ruby on Rails).
  • Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Experience in managing Linux servers and web hosting environments.
  • Knowledge of web hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or Webmin.
  • Experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing office networks.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce website development.
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
