The Role: Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in
elevating the GT4 Car Care brand presence and maximizing lead generation in the competitive
luxury automotive sector.
The successful candidate will own the full marketing lifecycle, from strategic planning and
campaign execution to rigorous performance monitoring and lead management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive,
data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's business
objectives and growth targets.
Lead Generation & Handling: Oversee the entire process of marketing leads, ensuring
timely and effective handling, qualification, and seamless handover to the sales team to
maximize conversion rates.
Digital Marketing Management: Manage and optimize all digital channels, including
social media platforms, website content (SEO), and paid advertising (SEM/PPC) to
increase visibility and engagement.
Content Development: Work with internal or external teams to create compelling
marketing content, including visual assets, videos, case studies, and engaging copy that
reflects the luxury nature of our services.
Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs (ROI,
conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas
for optimization.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all activities
are executed within defined financial parameters.
Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of industry trends,
competitor activities, and customer preferences within the high-end automotive care
market.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within
the automotive industry.
Demonstrable expertise in managing marketing lead generation, nurturing, and
conversion pipelines.
Strong understanding of modern digital marketing practices, including SEO, paid media
(Google/Meta Ads), and social media strategy.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics).
