Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Representative - Auto Loan. The primary responsibilities include consulting with potential customers to understand their auto loan needs, providing tailored financial solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships for customer retention. Additional day-to-day tasks include proactively reaching out to new leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving established sales targets. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving growth and upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales to identify and offer suitable auto loan solutions.
  • Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Experience in Customer Retention to build and manage ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the financial or automotive sales sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
