Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer based in Umm Al Quwain or Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee and optimise manufacturing processes, ensure efficient production workflows, and maintain quality standards. Key responsibilities include production planning, monitoring performance metrics, managing resources, troubleshooting technical challenges, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and identify innovative solutions for achieving production objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Production Engineering, Process Improvement, and Lean Manufacturing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, Quality Control, and Resource Optimisation
  • Experience in Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Ability to lead teams, provide mentorship, and facilitate collaboration
  • Proven Experience and Exposure to ERP solutions, Oracle Fusion or SAP Arabia
  • Ability to handle Large inventory and management, and efficient reporting daily
  • Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in modular construction or similar industries is a plus
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Assembly and finishing processes, such as concrete, tiling, joinery, paint, glass works, is a must
