VP Infrastructure

The
Vice President – Infrastructure (Civil)
will lead major infrastructure programs across the UAE, with a primary focus on
roads, highways, bridges, and dam projects
. The role requires a seasoned infrastructure leader with deep technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience overseeing large-scale civil engineering projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Drive the overall strategy, planning, and execution of infrastructure programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary engineering, project management, and construction teams.
• Ensure adherence to UAE standards, regulatory requirements, and best engineering practices.

Project Management & Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, and dam structures.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Implement strong governance processes and ensure project reporting accuracy.

Technical Expertise

• Review and validate design solutions, construction methodologies, and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities such as RTA, ADM, DOT, and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead the development and application of innovative engineering solutions and value engineering initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and regulatory discussions.
• Resolve complex technical and contractual issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor, guide, and develop engineering and project management talent.
• Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Lead high-performing teams through clear direction, performance management, and effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  (mandatory).
• Minimum 18 years of experience
  in civil infrastructure, with extensive expertise in
  roads, highways, bridges, and dam projects
  .
• Mandatory UAE experience
  in delivering large-scale public or private infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in senior management or executive roles.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, engineering standards, and client/authority requirements.
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-million-dollar programs from conception to completion.
