Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and maintain financial records, cost reports, and documentation to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.

* Support the monthly closing process by preparing payroll journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with accruals and prepayments.

* Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register, ensuring all capital expenditures are accurately recorded and tracked.

* Monitor project-related expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and internal financial policies.

* Manage expense and travel claim reviews, ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to company standards.

* Generate periodic financial and management reports to support strategic decision-making and budget control.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and timely data processing.

* Support external and internal audit activities by preparing required schedules, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.

* Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting data, preparing templates, and assisting in variance analysis.

* Ensure all accounting and finance processes comply with corporate policies and internal controls.

* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

* 0 2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industries.

* Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are advantageous.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost management.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
