Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Executive (Female) with a background in accounting and finance, specifically for our property management and real estate leasing operations. The role requires working with financial statements, accounting systems, and leasing transactions. Freshers with the right qualifications and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to drive portfolio growth, and enhance financial planning and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Investment Strategy:

  • Develop detailed financial models for real estate acquisitions, feasibility studies, IRR and NPV calculations.
  • Conduct capital budgeting and long-term investment analysis to guide strategic planning.
  • Forecast rental revenues, leasing income, and evaluate ROI for development and leasing projects.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and portfolio performance tools using Power BI to support real-time decision-making.
  • Leverage SAP S/4HANA for financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Strategic Planning & Leadership Support:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on annual budgets, cash flow forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide acquisition and lease pricing strategies.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to optimize portfolio performance and investment decisions.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Manage book closures, accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance across all financial operations.
  • Support audit processes and internal financial controls.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Inter CA / MBA In Finance qualification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Freshers with strong accounting or financial experience in their home country are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
