With relevant experience and knowledge with insurance approval is an advantage

Job description

  1. Greet and welcome visitors and patients to the clinic; make them comfortable while taking information regarding their visit to the clinic from them.

  2. Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions, and maintaining the reception area.

  3. Assists patient in filling up registration forms and register them in the system.

  4. Give appointments to patients who want to see the doctor and inform the doctor of their arrival.

  5. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

  6. Answers the telephone, and answer inquiries.

  7. Ensures that the clinic is opened at the appropriate time directed by the doctor and supervise cleaning of the clinic to create a clean and healthy environment.

  8. Coordinates and records dental laboratories pick up and deliveries.

  9. Deals with suppliers and other contracted services visits.

  10. Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

  11. Assists patients during their payments, generates invoice and receipts.

  12. Liaise with insurance networks regarding treatment coverage, co-payment and reimbursements.

  13. Keeps patient appointment schedule accurately and avoid conflicts.

  14. Responds with inquiries from all social media platforms and leads.

  15. Maintains the reception and waiting area tidy and patient files in order and well kept. Ensures smooth operation of the reception desk are always available.

  16. Maintains operations by following standard policies and procedures protocols established by the Health Authority

  17. Ensure that patient data are accurate and are updated from time to time.

  18. Perform other duties as assigned
