We are seeking a professional and friendly female receptionist to join our team at Dr Safeenas Women Wellness World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and supporting the smooth operations of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about our services and answer client inquiries in person, via phone, and email.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings and confirmations. Coordinate schedules with clinicians and clients to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain Clinic Appearance: Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times. Monitor and restock brochures and promotional materials.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all clinic policies, including confidentiality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure the seamless operation of the clinic and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( English and Hindi preferred)
  • Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
