Role Overview

A reputable Skin & Laser Centre in Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to manage patient-facing operations and ensure a smooth, professional front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff
  • Handle basic billing, invoicing, and payment processing if required
  • Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a clinic or hospital
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Familiarity with clinic systems and appointment software is an advantage
  • Ready to join immediately
  • Immediate joiners only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
