We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and rider satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, scheduling, and vehicle allocation while maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Operations Management
  • Monitor and coordinate daily fleet activities across the UAE
  • Communicate schedules, updates, and maintenance
  • Ensure all vehicles meet RTA regulatory standards, including timely vehicle renewals, RTA card issuance, and insurance updates
  • Ensure timely dispatch, route optimization, and performance tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and downtime
  • Address rider concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct periodic audits and safety checks
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and fleet utilization summaries
  • Maintain fleet database and ensure timely updates
  • Team Support & Welfare
  • Promote a positive work environment through motivational communication
  • Support rider welfare initiatives and resolve grievances effectively
  • Coordinate leave schedules and holiday login plans

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a UAE driving license
  • Strong understanding of RTA regulations, vehicle renewal processes, Rider permits, and documentation
  • Proven experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or delivery operations
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and delivery platform protocols
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience with large-scale fleet operations riders)
  • Multilingual communication (English, Hindi, Urdu)
