Admin/HR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin to manage human resources, office administration, and government relations activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, visa processing, Salaries and document control within the UAE. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with labor and immigration laws. Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor card formalities.
- Handle all PRO-related activities including document submissions, attestations, and trade license renewals.
- Manage general office administration, supplies, maintenance, and logistics - with shipping companies, DM & knowledge of Dubai Trade.
- Support management with internal communications, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for HR and company documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in company events, training programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
