Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant UAE experience with strong knowledge of HR operations, administration, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labor law compliance. The role requires efficiently managing both HR and administrative functions to support smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, visa documentation, and manage leave records.
  • Handle employee grievances professionally and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support performance management processes and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, and reimbursements.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with HR audits and compliance requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain company records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate facility management, office maintenance, and utilities.
  • Support management with administrative reports and scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of HR & Admin experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR practices, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
