Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized to support the Partnerships & Business Development team for AIM Congress, one of the region's leading global investment platforms. The role involves coordinating partnership activities, assisting in sponsorship deliverables, maintaining partner relations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in identifying and securing sponsors, partners, and collaborators for AIM Congress.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with partners, ensuring timely updates, deliverables, and confirmations.
- Prepare and assist in
proposals, sponsorship decks, agreements
, and partnership correspondence. - Maintain the
partnership database and tracking sheets
, ensuring all contact details, deliverables, and follow-ups are up to date. - Prepare
post-event reports
, documenting partner visibility, deliverables achieved, and feedback. - Conduct research to identify potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities for future AIM Congress editions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Communications
, or a related field. - Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in
partnership or exhibitions experience is a must
. - Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
