Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Handle HR documentation, payroll processing, and compliance.

Support accounting tasks (basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting).

Assist with IT-related operations (system troubleshooting, database management, MS Office & HR software tools).

Contribute to process improvements and digitalization of HR functions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or Accounting.

  • 2+ years of HR experience (preferred).

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and IT troubleshooting. -

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
  • Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, depending on designation)
  • Transport: Not required – workplace is within walking distance from accommodation
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities
  • Location: Bahia, Abu Dhabi
