What You'll Do:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle — job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year of HR experience, preferably in real estate, property, or fast-paced service industries
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and local employment practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, organized, and passionate about building great teams
