Job Title: Sales Representative / Sales Executive

Work Mode: Full Time – Permanent (On-Site)

Location: UAE, Dubai

Who are we?, Scribe Legal Translation and Interpretation Services. LLC is a leading translation service provider in UAE and MENA Region, providing high quality translation services using smart translation technology such as CAT tools.

We are experienced and skilled in legal translations such as contracts, agreements, patent applications and other legal documents. We have the expertise to translate any type of document accurately and efficiently.

We offer translation and localization services to companies in the medical, pharmaceutical, marketing, tourism, legal, food and other industries.

Responsibilities: -

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

· Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with clients.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client's needs.

· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the provided services.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Ensure that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolve escalated concerns to reach client satisfaction while taking preventive actions.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· Identify services improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

· Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Desired Skills / Experience:

· Relevant bachelor's degree.

· Experience in the translation & interpretation industry is preferred

· Excellent command in English language.

· Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.

· Must be able to demonstrate exceptional personal & managerial skills.

· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Education:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree

Experience:

•⁠ ⁠Outdoor Sales and Marketing: 1 year (must)

Language:

•⁠ ⁠English (Excellent)

•⁠ ⁠Arabic (Required)

Job Type:

•⁠ ⁠Contract as per UAE Labor law.

Salary & Benefits:

•⁠ ⁠Basic salary, in addition to (commission, transportation allowance, and mobile sim-card provided)
