The Role

This position supports Chapter One Hospitality and our partner company Auchi Realty in managing financial operations, bookkeeping, feasibility modelling, and investor support across all current and future markets where the group operates. As the financial backbone of the group, you will ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment of financial strategy across multiple entities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and abroad.

This isn't your typical finance desk job; you'll sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and growth, making sure operations run smoothly today while unlocking opportunities for tomorrow. You'll lead the numbers, but also the story they tell.

• Manage bookkeeping for Chapter One Hospitality, ensuring accurate accounting records in compliance with local and international standards.
• Oversee the bookkeeping and financial reporting of all asset entities managed by Chapter One Hospitality across different markets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, consolidating performance across entities.
• Develop and maintain feasibility models and financial projections for new management opportunities.
• Create detailed financial models and presentations to support real estate investment pitches under our partner company Auchi Realty.
• Coordinate and prepare entities for annual external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with auditors' requirements.
• Manage tax submissions and ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable laws in each jurisdiction.
• Design and maintain templates and tools to automate recurring calculations for key balance sheet items, including accruals, reserves, and prepayments.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams on investment structuring, owner agreements, and financial due diligence for new assets.
• Assist in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting across entities.
• Travel occasionally to properties under management in different countries to support and oversee local financial operations.

Preferred qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or hospitality feasibility.
• Background in hotel finance, real estate investment, or multi-entity accounting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, IFRS/USALI standards, and tax compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and financial presentation tools (PowerPoint, BI dashboards, etc.).
• ·Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multi-country financial workflows.
