Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Group Finance Manager (CA) to join our leadership team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is designed for a Chartered Accountant with proven experience in managing group-level finance functions across multiple entities.
The Group Finance Manager will oversee consolidated accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for the group, ensuring robust financial governance and supporting the company's long-term strategic growth in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Group Finance Activities

• Manage group-level financial consolidation across all business units and subsidiaries.

• Oversee intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing for all group entities.

• Drive cash flow management, treasury operations, and fund utilization across entities.

• Support group audits, financial due diligence, and board-level reporting.

• Lead budget integration, performance monitoring, and variance analysis for all units.

• Develop financial models and feasibility reports for new projects, expansions, and investments.

• Collaborate with leadership to align group financial strategy with overall business objectives.

Core Finance Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis activities.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to support business performance.

• Ensure statutory compliance, tax filings, and coordination with external auditors.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.

• Provide strategic financial insights and business recommendations to senior management.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support investment or expansion decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience, including 3–5 years in a group or multi-entity finance leadership role.

• Strong expertise in IFRS, consolidation, financial planning, and cost management.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work strategically and operationally across group entities.

• Experience in the manufacturing, metals, or stainless steel industry is highly desirable.
