Our team blends deep market expertise with a sophisticated understanding of art as both a cultural and financial asset. We are expanding and seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Consultant to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Senior Art Consultant will play a central role in working with private clients, providing expert consulting on acquisitions, investment opportunities, collection strategy, and brand collaborations. This position requires someone who can communicate confidently with high-net-worth collectors, investors, and industry partners, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and market insight.

This is a full-time role based in our Private Office / Viewing Space in Burj Daman, Dubai, and the individual will also support the development of strategic relationships with wealth management companies, interior designers, and major brands seeking to collaborate with artists or integrate art into broader campaigns. Ideally, the candidate will have a pre-existing black book or network of clients to bring into the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

Private Client Consulting & Acquisition

• Consult with private clients on art as an asset class, including acquisition strategy, risk assessment, market trends, and portfolio balance.

• Provide tailored consulting to both collectors and investors, adapting communication style and approach accordingly.

• Present acquisition opportunities backed by data, valuation insights, and market performance.

• Support clients in building, refining, or liquidating collections.

Partnership & Business Development

• Liaise with major brands seeking collaborations with artists, galleries, or estates; manage negotiations and coordination.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth management firms, family offices, and financial advisors whose clients may benefit from our services.

• Work closely with interior designers to source artwork for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Research & Market Expertise

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blue-chip, mid-career, and emerging artists, as well as market forecasts and valuation methodologies.

• Work with the research team to prepare investment reports, market analyses, and FMV documentation for clients.

Sales & Strategy

• Drive revenue through strategic art placements and repeat business with private clients and partners.

• Responsible for sourcing new business and identifying new client opportunities.

• Participate in global art fairs, auctions, and industry events to identify opportunities and represent the consultancy.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background in finance, investment analysis, or wealth management.

• Solid grounding in art history, the contemporary art market, or auction/galleries.

• Demonstrated experience consulting for private clients, high-net-worth, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

• Ideally has a pre-existing black book or network of clients.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of speaking confidently to both the collector and the investor mindset.

• Ability to identify and communicate the aesthetic, cultural, and financial value of artworks.

• Strong network or proven ability to cultivate relationships with wealth managers, interior designers, brands, and creatives.

• Highly organised, commercially minded, and skilled in presenting opportunities with clarity and credibility.
