Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Property Advisor. The Senior Property Advisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing property transactions including sales, rentals, and investments. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering expert property advice, conducting property tours, liaising with potential buyers, tenants, and investors, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. The role requires effective client communication and delivering excellent customer service for lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Property Management and Investments to advise and manage real estate portfolios
  • Basic understanding of Finance to analyze market trends and provide informed recommendations
  • Problem-solving ability and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
