Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales, Marketing, PRO & Telesales Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling government-related processes (PRO work), executing marketing activities, and managing telesales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, target-driven performance, and hands-on experience in UAE market operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, and telesales activities.
- Promote company services through digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Handle PRO-related tasks such as visa applications, renewals, labor and immigration processes. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client and sales records. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Mandatory Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, PRO, and Telesales roles in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, Tasheel, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Must have own valid UAE visa (employment, family, or freelance sponsorship).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
