  • Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and effectively convert inbound leads

  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate terms to successfully close deals
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales process independently from initial contact to deal closure
  • Accurately update CRM systems and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with a strong focus on closing
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with a strong phone presence
  • Experience selling high-value products such as investments, financial services, real estate, or professional services
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
