Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, pitching agency services to potential clients, and building long-lasting client relationships. The role entails market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client objectives are met, and campaign performance aligns with expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and sales funnels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify potential opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales platforms, and marketing analytics software
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or business development are a plus
